Saturday arrivals and departures are required from 6/8/13 to 8/18/13.
This near-beach one-bedroom, one-bath South Carolina condo features beautiful ocean views from two vantage points. Its location on the northern end of the resort puts it close to the Links Golf Course pro shop and only about a mile from the popular Grand Pavilion area. Newly remodeled and refurnished with king bed and sleeper sofa, this Deluxe condo has a screened porch that adjoins a well-appointed living room and bedroom. In addition to the main living area, a spiral staircase leading to a widow’s walk offers panoramic views of the Port O’Call pool area and ocean. In this area you will find a futon for reading or enjoying the view. Among the unit’s other special features is the tile flooring and updated kitchen. Sleeping quarters for up to four guests include a King bed, sleeper sofa and futon on the second floor observatory. A washer and dryer are provided in this unit and are available for use. Entertainment features include two TV's, two DVD players and two iPod docking stations.
