The living room boasts cheerful and bright furnishings, CD player, flat screen HDTV and DVD player.  Directly off the living room sits a roomy kitchen with all the cookware and appliances needed to prepare any meal.  The built-in wine rack, ceramic tiled breakfast bar and flat top range make this state of the art kitchen a chef’s dream.  Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area providing ample seating for a family meal with seating for up to 8 people.  A few steps beyond the dining area is a screened in porch, which provides additional seating for 4 people.  Off the foyer of this main level, the first guest room is nicely appointed with a king size bed, 42 inch flat screen TV and adjoining full bathroom which also offers hall access.  Housed on the second floor of this home are three additional bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with two twin beds.  Both bedrooms provide a flat screen TV and private bath.  Rounding out this floor is the inviting master suite which has a king size bed, 32-inch flat screen TV and private sun deck.  An oversized shower, dual vanities with carrera marble and a make-up table are just a few of the special features in the adjoining master bathroom.  A washer and dryer are provided in this unit and are available for use. Entertainment features include five TVs, a DVD player, and high-speed Internet with wireless access. In addition to the features of this home, access to resort amenities such as the Grand Pavilion pools and tennis center are just a short walk away.
