The living room has vaulted ceilings, it’s interior is illuminated with natural lighting and outfitted with a sumptuous sectional sofa and large swivel recliner.  The positioning of these furnishings makes this room ideal for conversation or watching a movie or sporting event on the flat screen television.  Adjoining the living room is a beautifully decorated dining area and nicely renovated kitchen. The dining table has views of the lagoon and comfortably provides seating for 8.   The kitchen and dining space is separated by a nice granite peninsula counter. The kitchen is well-appointed with granite countertops, fresh white cabinetry and all essential appliances.  Also off the living room is a versatile sun room which provides seating for dining or plush upholstered chaise lounges for napping or enjoying the view.  On the front side of the accommodation you’ll find the three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king size bed, private bathroom and walk in closet. Both of the guestrooms are furnished with two double beds and share access to a nice hall bathroom. A washer and dryer are provided in this unit and are available for use. Entertainment features for this condo include four TVs, three DVD players, and an ipod docking station.
