Located in the heart of the popular Grand Pavilion area, this standard three-bedroom, three-bath South Carolina family vacation rental is convenient to many of the resort’s hottest amenities. The beach, community pool and Boardwalk Inn are only short walks away. This well-appointed home has two living levels, with all three bedrooms on the upper floor. The downstairs family area is open and inviting. Hardwood floors add a nice upscale touch. Decks run the length of the house and offer views of a picturesque croquet lawn. Catch a breeze on a swing on the spacious covered porch. Sleeping quarters for up to six guests include a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third bedroom. A washer and dryer are provided in this unit and are available for use. Entertainment features include four TVs, a DVD player and wireless internet access. Special note: The fireplace is not operational.

Location is a wonderful feature of this home. Located adjacent to the Boardwalk Inn and Grand Pavilion. Decks run the length of the house and offer view of oaks and palmetto trees lining the croquet lawn looking towards the ocean. Unit has a fireplace, but it is not operational.
