Enjoy scenic resort views from this deluxe three-bedroom, three-bath South Carolina condo. Located next to the nationally acclaimed tennis facility and only three blocks from the beach, this well-appointed two-story condo is convenient to all the resort’s hottest amenities. The main floor has a spacious living room/dining area with an adjoining deck and screened porch that overlook the lagoon. A full kitchen and intimate breakfast room round out the floor. All three bedrooms are on the upper floor along with two decks, including one that fronts the tennis courts. A special feature of this unit is hardwood flooring. Sleeping quarters for up to six guests include a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third bedroom. A washer and dryer are provided in the unit and are available for use. Entertainment features include four TVs (including at least one flat-screen), three VCRs, a DVD player, and wireless Internet access. Special notes: The unit’s garage is not accessible. The fireplace is not operational.
