Located next to the nationally acclaimed tennis facility and only three blocks from the beach, this well-appointed two-story condo is convenient to all the resort’s hottest amenities. The main floor has a spacious living room/dining area with an adjoining deck that overlooks the lagoon. A full kitchen rounds out the floor. Both bedrooms are on the upper floor, including one that fronts the tennis courts. Special features of this unit are tile floors and an upgraded kitchen. Sleeping quarters for up to four guests include a king bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. A washer and dryer are provided in the unit and are available for use. Entertainment features include three TVs (including at least one flat-screen), two DVD players and two VCRs. Special note: The unit’s garage is not accessible.
