Saturday arrivals and departures are required from 6/8/13 to 8/18/13.
This beachfront one-bedroom, one-bath condo features high end interior quality and beautiful ocean views. Its location on the northern end of the resort puts it close to the Links Golf Course pro shop and only about a mile from the popular Grand Pavilion area. Located on the back porch hangs a porch swing that overlooks the ocean. Adjoining the porch are a well-appointed living room and bedroom. The kitchen includes granite countertops and a two seat bar. Among the unit’s many special features are hardwood flooring, a newly remodeled bath. Sleeping quarters for up to four guests include a king bed and pull-out sofa. There is also a day bad in the foyer. A washer and dryer are provided in the unit and are available for use. Entertainment features include two flat screen TVs and a DVD player. This condo also provides wireless internet. Located just outside the door is the Port O’ Call pool.
