CHARLESTON, S.C., JULY 23, 2013 - Wild Dunes Resort, a serene lush barrier island located minutes from downtown Charleston, welcomes the first-ever Perfectly Imperfect Resolution Rehab Retreat  to reboot and realign goals for the New Year.

When the clock strikes midnight on January 1st, the perfectionist mentality typically sets in with a list of unrealistic goals and expectations for the New Year. Wild Dunes Resort’s Resolution Rehab, created in partnership with founders of Agents of Change, yoga and life coach instructors Elli Boland and Ashley Cebulka, focuses on shifting one’s mentality from perfectionist to optimist by setting attainable goals that are rooted in living a healthy lifestyle - mentally, emotionally and physically.

“Our goal with Perfectly Imperfect Resolution Rehab is to help others detoxify the inner critic we are all too familiar with and replace it with positivity and inner peace through discussions, meditation and yoga for all levels and ages,” states Elli Boland, also a Lululemon and Pure Barre Ambassador

Resolution Rehab is available Friday, January 17- Monday, January 20, 2014 and starts at $597 per person, based on double occupancy, when booked by November 1, 2013. It includes:

• Accommodations for three nights in a AAA Four Diamond rated guestroom

• Three Resolution Coaching Sessions
o Meditation & Discussion: Power of Acceptance, Awareness and Inspired
o Forgiveness Meditation: Power of the Law of Attraction and The Bucket List
