Four Course Pre-Fixe Prime Your Palate Menu Available February 25- March 4, 2013

Isle of Palms, SC, February 22, 2013 - The Sea Island Grill Restaurant and Lounge, located in the Boardwalk Inn at Wild Dunes Resort, will feature a special Prime Your Palate dinner menu in celebration of BB&T’s annual Charleston Wine + Food Festival from 6 – 10:00 p.m. nightly February 25 – March 4, 2013. Each dish, creatively designed by Resort Chef Jeff Miller, is composed of contemporary, interpretive  low country combinations of fresh ingredients to create a flavorful bite to prime the palate for the Charleston Wine + Food Festival. 

The pre-fixe menu is $75 per person without wine pairings and $100 with wine pairings, excluding tax and gratuity and will include:

Appetizer, Pressed Duck Confit

• Served with Pate Mousse, Grand Marnier & Kumquat Compote, Galliano Butter Cream Macaroon, SC Baby Turnip

Salad, Heirloom Cherry Tomato Salad

• Served with Pickled SC Green Garlic, SC Ramp Puree, Blue Goat Cheese, Preserved Lemon, Smoked Sea Salt, Micro Basil

Entrée, Grilled Atlantic Salmon

• Served with Corn Polenta, SC Sweet Onion, Eggplant Caviar, Castelvetrano Olive Tuile, Tomato Fra Diavolo, Snap Peas

Dessert, Caramel Cheesecake Mousse

• Served with Mission Fig Ice Cream, Hazelnut Crumble, Blood Orange Gelée
