How Close Are You to a Charleston Beach Getaway?
Wild Dunes Resort is located on Isle of Palms next to Charleston, South Carolina. No matter where you're coming from, it's well worth the trip!
From I-95: Connect with I-26 East toward Charleston.
From I-26: Head East into the Charleston area to I-526. Take I-526 East toward Mt. Pleasant (Exit 212C).
From I-526: Head East toward Mt. Pleasant and take the Georgetown Exit, Hwy 17. Continue straight at the light, crossing Hwy 17 onto Hungryneck Boulevard. Pass through three stoplights and at the fourth, turn right onto Highway 517, the Isle of Palms Connector. See below "On the Island" for getting to Wild Dunes once you've crossed the Intracoastal Waterway on Highway 517.
From Hwy 17 North or South: Turn east at Highway 517, the Isle of Palms Connector. Take the Connector over the Intracoastal Waterway onto Isle of Palms.
From the Airport: Take I-526 East to the Georgetown Exit, Hwy 17 North. Continue straight at the light, crossing Hwy 17 onto Hungryneck Boulevard. Pass through three stoplights and at the fourth, turn right onto Highway 517, the Isle of Palms Connector. See below "On the Island" for getting to Wild Dunes once you've crossed the Intracoastal Waterway on Highway 517.
On the Island: Turn left at the light at the foot of the bridge onto Highway 703, Palm Boulevard. Continue following Palm Boulevard, parallel to the Atlantic Ocean. As you cross 41st Avenue, you will see the Wild Dunes Resort directional sign to turn right, onto Palm Boulevard (extension). The Wild Dunes Resort main gate entrance is on the left.
To locate the main entrance to Wild Dunes Resort on a GPS, please use 4600 Palm Blvd, Isle of Palms, SC as the street address.
Wild Dunes Resort may be closer than you think. With direct daily flights to Charleston International Airport from a dozen major markets on the East Coast, chances are you're just a short plane ride away from all the Resort has to offer.
