Fall in the Southeast is the best time to catch a wave. We maintain consistent swells this time of year. Join in with our instructors as we teach you safety and the basics to get you started on your very own surf adventure. Private lessons are $60 an hour and semi-private lessons are $35 per person for one hour. A 48-hour advance reservation is required. Hop on board Charleston's only public offshore tour boat! Thriller is a 43 passenger power catamaran that takes you on a one hour, 25 mile offshore adventure which travels to the rarely visited Morris Island Lighthouse. Experience the exhilarating adrenaline rush as you burst out of the jetties into the open ocean, all the while enjoying some of the greatest music ever recorded on Thriller's 1000 watt stereo system. You will enjoy the perfect mix of music, live narration and views of some of Charleston's most amazing historical landmarks. Trip is offered Tuesday-Sunday at 1 p.m., 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. in May, daily at 11 a.m., 1 p.m., 3 p.m., 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. June through August and Tuesday-Sunday at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. in September. Cost is $30 per adult, $20 per child, age 3-12. A 24 hour advanced reservation is required.
