The resort’s monthly Chef’s Tables are inspired, exceptionally-prepared and presented multi-course dinners complemented with the chef’s selection of wine or beer pairings determined by that evening’s cuisine. March’s Chef’s Table dinner was inspired by a typical day in the life of our Resort chefs with each dish resembling a particular point in the chefs’ work day. Chef’s Table tastings are held every third Saturday of the month. Seating is limited. Set pricing, ranging from $75 - $125 per person excluding tax and gratuity. Please call for availability.
