"After falling in love with the Lowcountry during their four years of dating (including many trips here), Ohio-native Karly Groedel and Wisconsin-bred Sam Lucas invited 80 guests to gather at Wild Dunes Resort on Isle of Palms on September 4, 2011. By 6 o’clock, a cool breeze had swept in, and Sam waited patiently for Karly at his end of the aisle. But as soon as his bride-to-be came into view, Sam bolted.
