Service Dog

Dear Sirs, I will be participating in an outing at your golf course on the 17th of April. The organizer of the outing is Bob Radcliffe, and the outing is for members of the West Point Class of 1965. I am writing, as a courtesy, to notify you that I will have my service dog, Major, with me at the outing. Whie The Americans with Disabilities Act requires all public facilities, including golf courses, to allow service dogs, I have found that some employees are not aware of this, and I want to avoid any potential conflict upon arrival at the course by providing you with this advanced notice; so that you can clear this with everyone in advance. Major is a certified and licensed service dog, specifically trained to accompany me on golf courses, and is always well received at the golf courses in my home area.
