You know what’s never fun? Spring cleaning. It is however a good thing because it gives us a chance for a new start. Your body can also benefit in the same way from a good detoxification. With the overabundance of chemicals and pesticides in our foods and environment, and the increasing levels of stress in our society, our body is overwhelmed with toxic buildup and needs additional help. Detoxification is so important because it can literally reverse the symptoms of illness and change your life. Detoxification protocols can seem intimidating, but they don’t have to be. You don’t have to drink cayenne honey water or eat cabbage soup to reap the results. Sitting in a steam room or sauna, yoga, tai chi, and eating more fresh fruits and vegetables are all excellent ways to gently detoxify your body. Give your body the fresh start it deserves and investigate detoxification methods that might be appropriate for you.
