June’s Chef’s Table Dinner: Local Charleston, SC Southern Cuisine & Beer Pairings!
June’s four course Chef’s Table specialty dinner is June 18, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. with beer pairings from local Palmetto Brewery.
The theme “Southern Staples,” will feature native southern cuisine from both land and sea, featuring a savory pork trio, local scallops and more. The final course, a tried and true southern dessert, will be a Macerated Peach Cobbler with Vanilla Bean Streusel and Honey Pecan Ice Cream.
