New and Noteworthy for Spring 2014: Charleston, SC Wellness and Fitness Package at Wild Dunes Resort

Exercise Package includes:

- Fitness Consultation and Assessment with our Licensed Trainer
- Four (30-minute) One-on-One Personal Training Sessions with our LIcensed Trainer
- Two Group Fitness Classes of Your Choice*
- Post-Fitness Assessment

Fitness Classes

Hatha Yoga 
Relaxing meditative yoga with an emphasis on achieving balance between body and mind. For all levels, from beginner to advanced and those with physical limitations. Wednesdays and Fridays from 9-10:30 a.m. Call extension 2555 for location. Cost is $20 per person, per class. Pre-registration and a minimum number of participants are required. Yoga mats provided or available for purchase at Sand & Sea Salon and Spa. 

Bendable Body
Strengthen and lengthen your muscles with this yoga and pilates inspired conditioning class accompanied by an energizing sound track. Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30-10:15 a.m. Cost per person, per class is $15 in advance or $20 the day of. 

BeFIT Boot Camp
Challenge yourself with this fast-paced, calorie-blasting, circuit style workout. BeFIT Boot Camp is geared toward all fitness levels and modifications are always offered for the beginner to the advanced. Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:15 - 11 a.m. Cost per person per class is $15 in advance or $20 the day of. 

Whittle your middle and strengthen your surrounding muscles with this 30-minute ab blasting workout. Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 - 9 a.m. Cost per person per class is $15 in advance or $20 the day of. 

No weights necessary! This 30-minute strength and flexibility class uses a combination of your body weight and gravity principles to bring your sculpt session to new heights. Mondays and Wednesdays from 9 - 9:30 a.m. Cost per person per class is $15 in advance or $20 the day of. 

Wild Dunes Resort running coaches work with all levels of athletes from beginners to seasoned marathoners. Our coaches design specific training programs with the focus according to the runner's goals, whether it's a faster marathon or 5K. We can work individually with athletes or as part of a group training program for a specific race. We can also map a course for you if you prefer to run on your own. 

Fitness Physical Training to Fit Your Needs
Kick-start your health with a new exercise regimen. Our personal trainers can get you - or keep you - strong and fit. Whether you specialize in a key sport, or just need an intro to fitness, we'll give you the tools to succeed.

What's your baseline? We can assess your vitals - weight, resting heart rate, body fat index, blood pressure, cardiovascular health and more. It's a recommended launch to a new regimen, and a great way to focus on your true measures of health.

Bike the Beach
Miles of trails beckon, so come take a spin. Rent junior and adult bikes, tandems, baby joggers and trailers at the tennis center. Available by the hour, half-day - even a week! Open daily from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. View favorite Resort and Isle of Palms biking trails
