Celebrate Earth Day in Charleston, SC: Wild Dunes Resort and South Carolina Aquarium Host Sustainable Seafood Dinner at the Sea Island Grill

Join us in celebrating Earth Day on Tuesday, April 22, 2014 with a five-course prix fixe Sustainable Seafood Dinner and wine pairings at the Sea Island Grill, located inside the Boardwalk Inn hotel. Read on for details!

In partnership with the South Carolina Aquarium in downtown Charleston, this annual Sustainable Seafood dinner hosted at the Sea Island Grill at Wild Dunes Resort on Isle of Palms is designed to promote the use of local and sustainable seafood in South Carolina and environmental awareness and preservation of Earth’s resources.

Wild Dunes Resort is a proud partner of the South Carolina Aquarium’s Sustainable Seafood Initiative, a conservation program teaching chefs about sustainable seafood and how the decisions they make today can ensure that we have fish in the future. Participating restaurants make every effort to obtain seafood from sustainable and, whenever possible, domestic and local sources.
