April’s Chef’s Table Dinner Menu Revealed
April’s seven course Chef’s Table special dinner will be held on April 20, 2013 at the Resort at 7:00 p.m. with wine pairings from Republic National Distributing Company.
The theme “A Study Of Salmon”, was inspired by Destination Hotels & Resorts new collection wide “Study Of” culinary program to showcase our Chef’s abilities to create unique, inspiring dishes based on a special ingredient per quarter with this quarter featuring salmon.
